rrlogind-sv v.1.3

rrlogind v.1.3 is Time Warner RoadRunner Login Client Daemon for Linux based on v.1.2 by Joshua Jackson but almost completely re-written to fix some annoying glitches.

This is development release of v.1.3. Works in Columbus, OH area. May or may not work in other areas. If it does please report the fact to the author phystech@hotmail.com
